The only thing I can recommend is having the website updated with the missing documentation on the product series. ie. product dimension/mounting as i find more customer are requesting it. The customer service is excellent, I am always able to get questions answered quickly and fully. Thank you for all the great service. – What one thing should we be doing better?

    I agree with you regarding the data. What I will do is make sure that every page of the next revision of our website is fully completed before it goes live - this will prevent this happening again.
