Unfortunately your normal excellent service was let down due to lack of communication. Parts for the assembly of my lamps were not available, but after a 3 week wait, I had to call to find out ! I understand that the supply chain had failed but expect to be notified if you cannot fulfil my order in a reasonable time-frame. I have bought lamps from you for many years & and it is the first time that I have been let down. Sorry, but you did ask me to be honest !! However this one off will not prevent me from placing further orders when I need to. – What one thing should we be doing better?
